Biography:

Shauna Royten is a dedicated community leader, health and wellness advocate, and nonprofit executive with over 20 years of volunteer experience. As the President and Executive Director of REACH, a grassroots organization in California City, Shauna has worked tirelessly to improve access to fresh food, promote sustainability, and provide essential resources to underrepresented communities.  

A proud resident of California City, Shauna is passionate about creating a healthier and more vibrant community. Her efforts have resulted in the establishment of community gardens, fresh food initiatives, and wellness programs that empower local residents.  

Shauna is also a mother, homeschooling educator, and active supporter of youth programs. She holds a BA in Communications from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles and brings her strong leadership, advocacy, and collaborative spirit to the East Kern Healthcare District.  

Her vision as Director is to enhance healthcare access, support innovative community programs, and prioritize the well-being of East Kern residents.
